GT6 parts

Are the floorpans for a GT6 available through someone?  Also will the
tranny from a Spit work in one.  

I am going to pick up a $200 1970 GT6+ on Saturday.  These are the things I
was told about.  What should I look for, and is it worth the money?  I have
owned many Spits and TR7 and 8s, but never a GT6.  I have never even seen
one except in a show.  I need all the help on this decision that I can get.
 I will be doing a complete restoration on it if it is worth it..
