Hi Mike, I replaced the bushes on my Spitfire about a year ago with urethane bushes. The bushings that I used were from British Parts Northwest and went in easily. I used white lithium grease on the bushes and it realy helped to chamfer the end of the steel bush, seemed to be a lot of burrs on the end of the tube. Hope that helps, Bill M.
