The plug, being a square bolt, will tend to be rounded off
by a socket or wrench not intended for square bolts.

I would suggest going to your local Sears, and plunking down
about $4.50 for a single 7/16" 8-point socket.  This will
fit the plug properly, and keep it from getting rounded off.
You'll also need this socket when it comes time to top off
the transmission or rear axle (differential) oil.

If your current plug is rounded off too badly, use vice
grips to remove it, and order a new plug from your favorite
TR6 vendor -- it should cost less than $2.00.
