Here it goes again.

Trying to help out a friend with a late GT6 that won't start. The car
was towed to his house 2 years ago and hasn't run since. The original
symptoms was that it wouldn't start.

The symptoms, The ignition switch does nothing. It does have power going
in ( the big brown wire ). The ground wire to the switch is a good
ground. The wires coming out of the switch have no power at any time.

I used a screw driver at the solenoid to activate the starter and it
turns over normally. But wouldn't start. I checked the points and they
were set at 15. I found that there is no power to the distributor. Ran
a lead from the positive battery post to the distributor and got power to
the points. No spark to the plugs when turning it over. Ran the lead to
the coil, still had power to the points, no power to the spark leads.

I thought I covered the basics but am missing something...probably a lot,
but am looking for a suggestion to try.

TIA
