Joe-
You'll need a buffer or grinder with a buffing wheel, but Eastwood (and
others
that sell buffing compds) sells a Plastic Compound that works okay on dull 
taillight lenses and would probably shine up your knobs as well.

So how IS the TR250 restoration going ?  Almost finished ?
