| Hey Greg, You might try a few taps with an impact driver, while holding the rocker arms in a padded Vice-Grip with your 3rd hand, over a wood block, perhaps. I think I'd avoid the Heat-wrench here, brittle rocker arms sound like really bad news; unless you have experience with forging / heat-treating little high-stressed pieces like that (I surely don't).
