Winnie: Get you hands on a Eastwood catalog. I bought a rustproofing wand set and a waxoil type product from them, @ 10 years ago. It worked quite well on my Tiger. Here's another cheap trick. After the car was redi-stripped, I used a cheap engine cleaning wand to spray inside the frame rails with a self etching epoxy primer. The wand only cost $10. I put the siphon in mixed paint, cranked up the air pressure, and got every hidden crevice siaked with primer. I tossed the wand when I was done. This was followed up with the Eastwood treatment. |
