Well, my copy of "The Triumph TRs" by Graham Robson lists in the appendix 
0-60 times for British-spec cars as 9.1 seconds (1976) and 11.3 seconds 
(1975) for U.S. cars. These were 2 liter manual transmission cars.

Power was rated as 92bhp (DIN) @ 5,000rpm and torque of 115lbft @ 3,500 rpm.
