Does anyone have a good way to replace the pinion seal without screwing up the backlash? Also what is the best seal type to use to cure a leak and for longevity? I understand that leather won't wear the pinion shaft, but probably won't last as long. The rubber seals will probably wear into the shaft over time. I only want to this once more. I finally got rid of the other leaks on the diff and I am looking forward to a dry rear end. |
