1. I'm replacing the gear and diff oil in my 76 TR6. AFAIK the recommended oil is Castrol Hypoy B 90 weight. All I can find is Castrol Hypoy C 80w90. Is this acceptable? 2. I'm also trying to remember what is supposed to go in the carbs to dampen them. I seem to recall I used to use automatic transmission fluid (this is red right?). However there seem to be at least two types. I bought the type F. Is this acceptable? Thanks in advance. PZ Peter Zaborski, Calgary AB Canada 76 TR6 (CF58310) peterz@merak.com |
