Hi, 
Just wanted to thank all members on the list that responded to my question
about damper oil. They are all helpful. 
Now that I have the rear end of my spitfire in working order I have another
question. When accelerating and decelerating the car performs fine but at a
steady speed the engine seems to jerk somewhat. Has any one got any idears
on this problem ? I own a 1977 Spitfire.
