Looking for Book

I am looking for the English Ford book that has the production and export
numbers for the Consul Capri (Produced from 61-64?).

I saw a copy of this book at a vendors table at Del Mar in 1994.  At the time
I did not own a Capri and only found the car, and the book, amusing.  Now I
have the car, and would like the book.

Any help?
