[Tigers] LeMans engines

I have some pictures of these cars from 1997.  The 'Mule' is sporting dual
carbs and does not have an aluminum rad.  It had just finished a restoration
and was  nut & bolt perfect under the hood.  The #9 car was running Weber
carbs in '97.
