[Tigers] Hemmings Tiger

The TE/AE newsletter had mention of a photo of one of Steve Towle's
Tigers in a recent issue.  Talking to Steve last night, he hadn't seen
the photo and was wondering where it might have been from.  Does anyone
still have that issue?  Can you shed any light on it's origins?
