[Tigers] Gearbox leak

I've noticed I'm leaking from the drain plug and probably the front seal as 
well.
Rate of about tablespoon a week. I don't mind living with the leak for a bit
but I've been over the shop manual and looked under the hood. Can't find 
where to add fluid.

Is it accessed from the interior ?
