Don: Arctic White is a a very "white" white and is used by a lot of police departments and utilities for their fleet vehicles. In light bulbs you'd consider this to be a cool white. Polar White is a cream or yellowy white similar to Ford GT350 Mustang's Wimbledon white of the mid sixties. In light bulbs you'd consider this to be a warm white. If you would like to see an example of polar white let me know and I'll e-mail you a photo of my Mk2.
