On the stock 260, is there supposed to be 2 nuts that hold down the rocker arms or just 1 Chris, The failure mode of the single rocker arm nut is wear of both the nut and stud threads to a point that there is little prevailing torque. They wear from adjustment or removal. You can replace the nuts or add lock nuts. If the pressed in studs were starting to work out, they would probably pop all the way out by now. John Logan |
