Bill,
Thirst for a French car?
Well, first and foremost, the Bugatti Type 57 SC "Atlantic".

In 1951 I saw the pre-war Talbot T150C Coupe (23CV Special) at our
Jaguar/MG dealer.
It had swooping Jag type fenders of a pre-war version, with chromed
metal caps. Body by Souchek, I believe.
Some even had the Jag type headlights.

Of course, all this was before the French Industries could not fire
anyone for incompetence.
