James, your needs, and budget limitations, are appreciated. If I recall 
correctly, you are in the Sacramento area.  There are a number of Tigers in 
central and northern California.  I would suggest you seek one out.  I feel 
sure almost any Tiger owner would be willing and happy to show you his, or her, 
car.  Take a digital camera and get all the photos you need.  This is what I 
have done here in San Diego.
