Panasport

Hi:
I've just been to the panasport website--none of the clickers work, so I 
couldn't go anywhere.  Then I called panasport to tell them of the 
problem and ask for some tech help--the lady's english 
was--uhh-fractured, to say the least (though she was very polite) and 
the only person who would be able to talk to me was the salesman who was 
out for the next 2 hours.

I'm curious--is is just me, or has anyone else had trouble getting 
information out of the company?
