Alpine bits on Tigers

With all this talk of using Alpine parts as required to repair your Tiger, I
must point out that these parts were at least made by Rootes. That cannot be
said for all these so-called LAT pieces which were mostly built by a bunch of
hot-rodders in Los Angeles.  Clearly a car with those parts installed is more
non-original than one with Rootes parts.
