Boot door buffers

Does anyone know of a source for a suitable substitute for the metal
boot door buffer strips?  There are pieces shown in the parts book for
the small doors (Plate D, Section YX, #342) and the large door (Plate D,
Section YX, #208).  Here is a picture that shows both, you can see #208
just above the latch (#203).  

This is not in Ricks or other catalogs I have.
