clutch or tranny

OK,  so I start the Tiger in neutral with my foot on the clutch with the
car on a level surface.   I take my foot off the clutch and it rolls
forward a foot and the RPM loses 100 to 150. After it has been driven and
warmed up it doesn't seem to do it (or at least I don't notice or recall
that it does it).  the po had a clutch put in a few years ago.  something
must be dragging somewhere.  any ideas?
