Anyone had to re-chrome their mirror stem? I see you can't get the little bugger off without taking the mirror out. This leaves the question...... This mirror is convex. Where do you get a replacement if I bust it taking it out? Both my mirror back (wrinkle finish) and the chrome need to be restored. How dod you get the thing out with breaking? Soak it?
