There is no need to be wary of this item.  A "professionally produced 
supplement," viewable as an insert in the ad photo, is included with the 
basic book and contains all the "overlooked information" (missing pages) 
originally omitted by the printer.  And I have it on good authority that 
author Miller approves of this offering.
