Jerry, the article was the August-September 1999 issue #80 of British Car
(it happens to be sitting here under my desk).  You can e-mail them at
britcarmag@aol.com or call them at 800 520-8292.  They sell their back
issues.  I might even suggest a year subscription.  It's an inexpensive
magazine and usually an enjoyable read from cover to cover.
