Oil Cooler hoses

Hi Folks:

I am at the end of my rope trying to find / build replacement oil cooler and
oil filter hoses for a MkII Tiger.

The fittings that connect to the oil cooler itself are the biggest problem.
I have visited a dozen firms who specialize in making up hoses and none has
a clue what these fittings are or where to obtain or duplicate them.

Would really appreciate some help!!!!!!! I would prefer not to destroy the
original kit...
