Originial Wheel Restoration

Tigers,

I have the opportunity to buy a original steering wheel that is in poor
condition. The metal and threads look good but the wood is badly damages and
the plastic sleeve is severely cracked.  I know the wood can be
repaired/replaced but are their replacement sleeves out there?
