Tiger spotted Chicago area

I spotted a red Sunbeam (tiger or alpine?) with hood scoop cruising top down 
on the service road across the Indiana-Illinois state line Saturday morning. 
  With heavy traffic and a unfamiliar interstate it just popped into the 
corner of my eye, instant recognition, no mistake-Sunbeam.

My mom couldn't believe I spotted it. Does it belong to anyone on-line?
