Bigger brakes

Although I still live in and for the 60's, I have noticed an increase in
wheel/tire size over the past five years, not only for other cars but also
for Tigers.  I came across a set of 15" Panasport look-alikes the other day
and was wondering who has gone this route and put larger brakes on their
Tiger.

Actually, I really don't care who has put on larger brakes but would like to
know what brakes were used and what are the "gotchas".  Would appreciate any
information.
