Daimler will own 57% of the new company, Chrysler 43%.  So Chrysler is
not going to be in much of a position to dictate changes in the Benz 
model lineup.  A better question is, will the conservative Benz do to 
the Viper & Prowler what Chrysler did to the Tiger & Alpine?  (My 
guess is no.)
