The "T" is very important. It is to be placed in the upper left corner of
your tool box lid-- so to be easily visible (when the lid is open) to an
inspector when walking through the paddock. Some drivers have been placing
them on
their helmets. This is absolutely incorrect, although tolerated by some
sanctioning bodies.
