i already have a brew in its 4th day.
should be transfered to the secondary fermenter tomorrow as the krausen head
will probrably fall soon.
a lighter ale: properly hardened burton "liquor" water, pale 2 row malt, with a
touch of crystal malt and fuggel hops (from the Southwind gardens of ohio), and
a wyeast "london" style.
Lena helped me make it, so the beer should have a great.....foam.
hope to have it done by mosport (but might be a little immature), deffinitly by
gingerman.
yeah we can try and do some cool PG rated labels for the RRB2. hey is this like
the QE2?
