ACTUALLY...=)
Alex my youngest had carved out a wooden bugeye for this year. He won his
division and placed 5th overall against 63 cars. However, in a final heat, at
the end of the day I race my pinewood car, the "southwind Racer" against the
fastest car of the event for grand champion honors.
it's won the last 3 years and its not a cheat'n dog car either!. but theres no
trophy, just the honor. the trophies go to the kids. its always a blast, the
scouts and parents love it. i encourage all thicko's to do something like this
for your local kids. Besides, whats a few fingerprints on our racecars?
