The 70â??s seats have the chrome side lever to lock the seat back, and the back
is about 3 times thicker than the MGB style seats in the 65 - 68 Spridgets,
which are about 4 times thicker than the early AH style seats. 1969 seems to be
an orphan. I donâ??t know how thick the back is on a â??69. If itâ??s a lot
thicker than the â??68 and has the spring loaded back, then the 70â??s
upholstery should fit. â??68 & 70 are different seats, and the mounting rails &
holes are also different. Youâ??ll have to figure out which style a â??69 was
more like.
