Well it's here the first hillclimb event of the season.=C2=A0 =C2=A0Weather=
ly Hillclimb is a rather technical course.=C2=A0 =C2=A0Being held on a clos=
ed ( for the event) public street also offers some interesting surface chan=
ges between a crowned surface and patches.In a week the Midget will be goin=
g through its first entry in the new SCCA log book and tech inspection.=C2=
=A0 =C2=A0Saturday morning will be the car's first time waiting for the gre=
en light at the start line.=C2=A0 =C2=A0The Midget falls into the Time Tria=
ls classification of Historic 4 ( H4).=C2=A0 =C2=A0If the car had a full ro=
ll cage as opposed to a rollbar , then I could compete in F Production.=C2=
=A0 =C2=A0Not having a cage puts the car into the historic class.Nervous?=
=C2=A0 A little!=C2=A0 =C2=A0It has been near 20 years since I hillclimbed =
my 59 Bugeye.=C2=A0 =C2=A0The Midget has the same brakes as my Bugeye.=C2=
=A0 =C2=A0Although the Midget has a somewhat difrent suspension also the Mi=
dget has a welded differential ( Bugeye has a positraction).=C2=A0=C2=A0Wea=
therly is the most challenging hill in our series.=C2=A0 This should be int=
