[Spridgets] Front wheel bearings

I had the same problem as you last year.  I tried the cheap bearings
which made the problem worse, changed the stub axle - no difference,  then
bought the expensive bearings and still had the problem.  It was only when I
changed the hub for a second hand one was the problem cured.   Given you've
changed the hub, have you checked the stub axle?
