[Spridgets] rubber bumper Midget

Hi everyone

I saw a 76 Midget for sale for a reasonable price but the 1500 engine is
frozen. I have not heard many good things about this engine, In your humble
opinion, is it worth rebuilding or would you recommend changing engine to a
1275, (along with rubber bumpers)?? If so, whatbs involved in replacing it
with a 1275 engine??
