[Spridgets] Seen in Birmingham, England - sort of LBC

Saw my first electric car hooked up to a roadside charger the other  day.  
Sure, I've seen electric vehicles before and the charging points have  been 
in place for about a year, maybe longer in Birmingham.  However, it  was a 
real first to say a car plugged into the charging point and I was sorry  not 
to have my phone with me to be able to take a photo (maybe later this week  
when I need to go to the bank).
