Yes, the storm may be a spectacle but be extra careful. Avoid flooded areas and rising water, if it happens. Learn from the past, evacuate. After Katrina all those not wise enough to evacuate New Orleans were stuck down there with each other. The aftermath revealed people's character, both good and bad. |
