[Spridgets] Filling rear shocks

Are there fill plugs in the rear deck for the shocks on a '70 midget?  
The Haynes manual is silent on this particular point. The DPO glued the 
carpeting back there, an I don't want to pull it up unless there are 
fill ports available.
