Rick I agree with Charles. I was in the fiberglass business when younger making fiberglass gas tanks and seats for flat track bikes. If your doing a hobbiest job I would use Saran Wrap, I've done that in recent history on small repairs. Your finish won't be perfect but it will release and bondo will correct the flaws. If you want to go into production you need to get a lot more serious on your mold production. Plaster of paris will work for, maybe!, a prliminarry plug. Kurt. |
