And why no one pointed out why 1,372 waivers have been granted to that
wonderful plan, including large corporations and especially the unions. The
bulk of these exemptions just happen to be in Nevada and the San Fransisco
area. What a coincidence!! It appears that one size fits all only works if
you redefine the meaning of "all" to be "everyone but me".
