[Spridgets] Ford Essex V6

Hi list,
 
A lister need some encouragement about what a great engine the Ford Essex  
V6 is.  Probably the 3 litre and after the composite timing gear has been  
swapped to a steel one.
 
So, TVR, Scimiter, what else used it?
 
The lister might also be looking for a Ford 5 speed box from a Ford Merkur  
- that's the cologne V6 but with the long input shaft version of the type 9 
box  that was used on the Ford V6s.  Unless of course anyone has the rarer 
Ford  box with overdrive used on the V6.
 
Anyone got a sound clip or a youtube clip of the Essex V6
