True, but the women who painted the dials died horrible deaths from
radiation poisoning. You also have to distinguish between Hiroshima style
devastation and radiation poisoning. There aren't enough nuclear warheads in
the world to blow up the state of Iowa, but the fallout could cause  wide
spread health problems for a long time.
