Rick,
Pictures, a police report and an an immediate call to the insurance company
even before you get 'their' information. If you can get the policeman in
the
picture even better.
I had a mnwefljfha say to his company that I moved my parked car as he was
comming around the corner. I supposedly caused him to hit me. He demolished
the rear bumper and back 1/4 of the car. Tore up the automatic transmission
park gear thingy too.
