On my trek to ensure all of the Spridget faithful will have a great
time in Elkhart Lake last Saturday, I drove by many windmills. I find
it very pleasing to the eye.... much better than the coal plant that
I live 2 miles from.
I stopped and walked as close as legally permissible to
listen... and I heard, that "Dynamo Hum". Much more pleasant than
the coal fired power plant near me... which also hums, but has trains
clanking well into the night, and steam rising all winter such that
we have different weather than folks 4 miles away.
Probably wouldn't drop ash on my house, either.
