My Honda Civic overall average at 63,000 miles - mainly 60% short trips to the
store, 40% to the mall or family that live withing 15 miles of me, is 42 mpg.
And I drive it like I stole it!
I'm expecting the Minor to do about the same.
One of my sons has a "fire-breathing' hopped up Chebby with a BIG performance
tuned motor and is getting 6mpg!! I laugh and laugh and laugh!

My 200,000 mile LeBaron convertible gets 40 mpg on regular, and I'd sure rather
drive it than a Smart or a Fiat. My Jeep Cherokee gets 32 on regular, and my
Jeep Comanche gets just under 30. All far more comfortable, not to mention
practical, other than the Chrysler that Gary got me just because he knew I
liked the body style.

My Mini Cooper S Clubman gets as good or better mileage as the Smart car. The
ones in Europe all have diesels. Itty Bitty teeny weeny diesels.
