Yes, I was the rally guy for SR98. At the time I was the Regional Rally
Steward for the Phila. Region SCCA. The gimmick rally went from the hotel
near Carlisle, PA up to a small town called Pitman, PA (Pop. waaay less than
this list).
It was a load of fun watching all the LBCs driving the winding hills and
switchbacks of central PA as I drove around looking for strays.
SR98 was another of Frank's ideas. He was full of them. He got us all
together and we made it happen. Without his inspiration, I hope we can keep
the momentum going. We owe it to him.
