Happens in EVERY profession! You get slackers and the people that have a
passion for it.
It they have the passion and drive, they will get the knowledge.
I don't think it's the education system as a whole.
Although in this day and age, with all the YouBook and FaceTube, and all the
other "instant gratification" society trappings,
traditional teaching techniques are't keeping the kids attention.
We have to find a way.......

The problem we face as a firm is that there are a lot of other firms out
there that hire warm bodies and turn out crappy product, but we still have to
compete with them. I wish the requirements to get into the profession were
harder. It wouldn't matter to the people that are qualified but might keep
out some of the unqualified people, and the end result would benefit society
as a whole.
